How long does delivery take? Standard shipping across Australia takes 10-15 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over A$60.

Do you ship internationally? At this stage we ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I track my order? Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.


Products & Authenticity

Are your products authentic? Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted Korean brands and authorised suppliers.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Check each product description for skin type recommendations.

Do your products have English labels? Most K-beauty products include English on the packaging. If you have any questions about a specific product, contact us at hello@sereibeauty.com.


Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us at hello@sereibeauty.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@sereibeauty.com to arrange a return.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@sereibeauty.com with a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out right away.
