Returns & Refunds

At Serei, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

As our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons — unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return Email us at hello@sereibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right — no questions asked.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
