We want you to love everything you receive from Serei. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@sereibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
